- The S-389/MSA-34 is used as the shelter for the AN/USM-378, AN/USM-379 and AN/USM-380 Repair Parts Facilities, that form together the RPSF (Repair Stowage Facilies), that is normally part of the MOEF (Mobile Operations and Electrical Facility) AN/MSA-34, a generator power equipped trailer with three shelters, used as a part of an OUTS Operational Unit Transportable System), a large communication complex consisting of seven MOEF's.
