Cable, Telephone, Electrical, Infantry Field Wire, Twisted Pair, Wire WD-1A/TT is 2-conductor twisted pair general purpose field phone wire with a polyethylene jacket. Each conductor consists of 4 copper strands and 3 steel strands.
