The AN/TTC-23 is an air- or vehicular-transportable manual central office which provides switching for 98 local battery or common battery subscribers and 20 manual or dial trunks. The AN/TTC-23 is used at division and corps levels in an area communications system. It replaced the AN~MTC-3
