The Rotary Converter PU-134/U is a rotating armature unit designed to convert 230 v. DC to 110 v, 60 cps, single phase alternating current. It has a stationary DC field and dual wound, ball bearing supported rotary armature. The unit is fan-ventilated, semi-enclosed and it includes a filter unit. Meanly used on shipboard.
